KarmClock is provided strictly for lawful business and organizational use. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system operations.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Follow company-defined attendance and workplace policies

3. Attendance, Camera & Location Data

Camera images and location data may be collected only at the time of attendance punches for verification, audit, and compliance purposes. This data is never used for surveillance beyond organizational needs.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, logos, and branding related to KarmClock are the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

KarmClock is provided on an “as-is” basis. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in case of violation of these terms, misuse, or unlawful activity.
